Theresa Obeng Darko
Theresa Darko Obeng is results orientated manager with experience of leading high-performance teams and of successfully increasing efficiency and productivity, revolution woman leader, a social worker, marketing and sales analyst and entrepreneur. She joined Kings City as a Sales Executive and with her hard work became the Marketing Manager. Per her operational and business achievements was promoted to her current position.
Before the above roles, she worked with 4H Ghana, a renowned NGO in the Eastern Region as the Project Director, Glatins Company Limited as the Marketing Manager, Greenland Company Limited as the General Manager, Airtel Ghana as Business Development Manager, Quality Life Insurance Company as Sales Executive and Goodlife FM as Radio Sales Associate.
Theresa is the product of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration
(GIMPA) where she obtained a Degree in Marketing, she also completed Koforidua Technical University with H.N.D Marketing. Diploma in Human Resource Management and Project Management at Alison online programs via Rochester Institute of Technology. Currently perusing Micro Master’s program in MBA core curriculum, University of Maryland via Edx. Theresa holds certificate in sales and marketing, UK, HIV/AIDS training certificate, University of Ghana, Legon.
A member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) where she is currently working towards obtaining the certificate.
Margaret Okaikor Oblie
Margaret Okaikor Oblie is a determine, hardworking, results orientated individual with extensive experience in financial reporting, planning and making effective and efficient us of money. Due to her dedication towards work, she started as an Account Officer but currently the Accountant. She holds H.N.D Accounting from Ho Technical University and currently working towards Accounting and Finance at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) via distance education. She has attended various Accounting training programs. She had reach experience at Electricity Company of Ghana as a service personnel and the opportunity to work with GTP office and Tema Port as an Account officer.
Emmanuel Agbenyo is a self-motivated and energetic young man with in-depth knowledge in construction works, investment and sales. He studied Building Technology with certificate in Technical Part1. Currently studying Management at Cape Coast University via distance education. He is having over 9 years working experience. He Worked with Care Investment Limited as Credit Officer, Capital Engineering and Construction Limited as Assistant Site Supervisor. He also worked with ECO Tee Construction Limited as Laborer Supervisor and D-Ghana Limited as the Credit Officer. Having started Kings City as a Sales Executive, with his hard work and commitment, he is currently the Project Manager. An experienced construction and multi task personnel. He is a team player and hard working.
Gloria Hagan is a well-organized and hardworking Administrative Assistant. She is currently studying at University of Cape Coast as a Management student via distance education. She worked with Neighborhood Microfinance Limited as the Secretary and Mobile banker. Later joined Kings City as the Administrative Assistant.
Sylvester Tandoh is a result-oriented person, committed to duty, and excellent attitude to work, Sylvester Tandoh had his education at Harvard Ghana School of International Marketing for his Group Diploma in London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI-UK) and Open University, Malaysia (OUM-Distance) where he obtained Bachelor Degree of Business Administration with honors. He has worked with companies both abroad and Ghana such as Volunteer Inter-cultural Project Limited in Beijing-China, Supra Telecommunication,2m Success Associates, Hyundai Heavy Equipment Limited and others. The experiences acquired from different areas in the job market has made Sylvester the Marketing Manager of Kings City Real Estate Limited.
Maud Asare is the Account Officer with much enthusiasm in working hard towards achievement. She records payment and track expenses. She was a supervisor at Mafak Child Care Centre and she worked as a supervisor at “It Is Enterprize”. She is currently studying at the University of Cape Coast via distance.
Business Development Executive
Stephen Amoah is a passionate and dedicated gentleman; he always takes up his responsibilities and see to it that he completes his task and assignment in time. He has a great amount of perseverance in achieving his goals.
He is a Product of Takoradi Technical University where he obtained his Diploma in Marketing.
He has over 5years working experience in areas of sales, customer services and a supervision.
He worked with Airtel Ghana Call Centre as Customer Service Representative. Then at Roughton International Limited in partnership with ministries of road and highways authority as a supervisor.
Business Development Executive
Joseph Odenehu is an affable, determine and industrious man. He holds H.N.D Marketing from Cape Coast Technical University and Diploma in Accounting from Accra Technical Examination Unit.
His experience started with Ghana Revenue Authority as an attaché for a year in Taxation. Worked with Level’s Ventures as Sales Associate for two years and had in-depth knowledge in sales and marketing. Later worked with Dream Finance Limited (DFL) as an investment officer. Currently the Sales Supervisor. With the experiences attained from above organizations, he has a good listening and communication skills, research skills, planning and organizational skills.
Gifty Oppong Nyamekye
Gifty Oppong Nyamekye is a self-motivated young woman, a product of Central University where she obtained her Degree in Marketing. She has rich experience in sales and marketing. She worked with SSNIT Pension House as service personnel. Then was employed at Kpone Goil as the Assistant Manager and worked with Knowledge Tree International LLC as Business Development Manager.
Ofori Maclean Hobson
Ofori Maclean Hobson is the Site Coordinator for King City Real Estate Limited. He has a good interpersonal relationship, good communication skills and hardworking and able to keep deadlines. He is able to work under pressure and deliver per time. He can work without supervision. He was assistant Sales officer for Hobs gadget. He worked with Jo D Clerk as an assistant sales executive where he had experience in cement selling iron rods and construction works. He acquired practical knowledge in terms of construction and supplying of building materials to client at site. Good team player and always ready to learn. Currently pursuing a Project Management Course.
